Google Shopping Fail? Webmasters Report

A few hours ago we received word that on random occasions Google has denied the Google Shopping ads for retailers that abide by all rules. These retailers were given no notice on why their Google Shopping ads were disapproved, just a nasty looking graph in the Google Merchant Center:

 

 

It’s more important now than ever to keep a watchful eye over your Google Shopping campaigns.

If you’ve found a similar problem be sure to contact the Google Shopping team through the help button on the upper right hand corner of your Google Merchant Center. From that page, at the bottom there should be a link that says ‘contact us’. Go there and describe your problem as clearly and nicely as possible.

It really makes a difference in response times.
